The online system showed several cars available, and I picked up my vehicle as scheduled. However, right after pickup, I requested a different car due to a strong odor inside and an oil service alert showing on the dashboard. I was told there were no vehicles available and to call back in an hour. After an hour, I called again and was asked to call back in another two hours. When I checked online, the system still showed plenty of cars available for immediate pickup with the same return time as my original booking. Despite that, I was repeatedly told that there were no cars available for a switch. As an Avis Preferred member, I was also disappointed that no upgrade or alternative solution was offered.. something I consistently receive at other Avis locations. Unfortunately, this location does not seem to prioritize customer service, and both front desk agents displayed a lack of basic customer service etiquette. I will not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate since it’s the most convenient one for me.
This location consistently provides excellent service and very friendly Customer Service. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. This is the third time I have rented a vehicle from this location and each time it has been an excellent experience.
Let's their customers block handicap spots and then gets upset when you park in one of the reserve stalls. Is this really how you run a business? Do better.
Excellent services and great price, people over there are very friendly and knowledgeable, we got a great car for an excellent price . This will be my go to for all rental needs . Totally recommend it and you will enjoy the great experience
Booked a full size. They only carry SUVs I was told and still advertise all segments. I had no option but to take an older SUV with horrible wheel alignment and economy for a 6 hour drive to Montreal and back. I rent twice a month for work and will stick with Enterprise going forward.
I typically pick up at airports but since I needed a car picked near me, I used this pick up location. Car was nice but not clean, I had to vacuum the back it had spilled fries and what looked like half a box of salt, there was lots of food debris all over the place. The location staff are nice, practical for me, I would use them again but will make sure car is super clean when I pick up.
Came to drop a car off at 6:45pm. The lady said she would said the invoice the next day because she said it would take her too long to close the file. And she wanted to close shop 5 minutes early. Finally upon insistence that I wasn’t going to leave without an invoice, she reluctantly closed the file and did the invoice. Disappointing experience.
