Massive disappointment. I came here because they had the exhaust I wanted for significantly less than other shops. I was hopeful—until I walked in. I was greeted with silence. When I asked about the exhaust, the guy told me he was “too busy” to check on it or even give me an ETA. Instead of offering any real help, he told his dad to write me a handwritten invoice. That’s when things really went downhill. His dad misspelled the part number completely. I had to correct it myself. Then he tried to calculate the total manually—something that should’ve been around $1,050 with tax—and looked up at me and said, “$2,000.” At that point I wasn’t even surprised, just disappointed. I had him do his math again. I asked when the part would be in, and he replied, “He’ll call you.” Funny thing is, no one had even asked for my number. That’s when I realized how unprofessional this whole place was. Zero attention to detail, no urgency, no care. I walked out and drove 10 minutes up the street to Garage16, where I placed the same order for 100$ more without any hassle and pure professionalism. Wasted my time, completely. I had high hopes, but this was a joke. Won’t be back.
Ordered VRSF Chargepipe and Catless Downpipe for my e82 135i through Hassan. Due to the catless being on backorder and COVID delays took some time to come in but the chargepipe came within 2 weeks. Hassan told me I could get the chargepipe if I'd like but I wasn't in a huge rush. Kept me updated on the delays. Best price I could find for both parts. Car sounds great now
Everything in this store can be found for less. If you are able to get something at a reasonable rate the customer service here stinks. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.
These guys are a joke. Called for a short ram for my 02 civic. They said oh ya it's in stock for $90. I said on the website it's 60. They said "we don't have that anymore". What a joke
Terrible experience, went there for plasti dip and they have the worst prices possible! The place is ran by the son and his old father. The old man won't help you with anything and is just plain rude! Definitely not going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone either!
Well I bought some badges and air fliter. The air filter was 2 inches longer than i was told so it didn't fit brought in my old filter to get it matched up and he gave me my money back and wouldn't order my parts also the badges one fell off immediately so he replaced it free of charge but now there both falling of my car.
