Ordered parts on the Saturday for a no tax sale, the person said I didn't need to leave a deposit and it should come on Sunday by 8am. Called on Sunday, the parts did not arrive.the eta would be the following Tuesday. Monday the parts came, when I went to pick it up, I paid but I realized the amount was higher .The manager said I have to pay the tax since I picked it up on Monday after the sale ended. He became aggressive and did not want to honor the agreement I had with the store clerk on Saturday . I asked for my money back and he started to raise his voice with me and threatened to call the police, he is the worst manager I have ever dealt with, he wasted my time and gas, poor customer service, I have spent thousands of dollars at partsource in the last 10 years and I have never been treated like this in my life. I usually go to the Millcreek location and I will stick with that location. I demand that this guy get fired immediately. He didn't even want to sell me the merchandise after I changed my mind about getting my money back. What kind of people are they hiring . Never going back ever again .a horrible person, horrible service, and a total deceit I suggest you go to Millcreek location, better people, better customer care.
Went at 4:30pm to do a battery test for my car and no one was trained. They offer free testing but don’t have anyone on staff within regular business hours?
I had just come from Canadian tire to replace a headlight bulb, but was having a hard time trying to get it replaced. The employees there said they couldn't help me much more. As a last resort I headed to Partsource. One of the employees there Jamal, without hesitation offered his assistance (mind you it was like -8c degrees outside and he still came outside to help me). I appreciate the great help and am truly grateful. Would definitely come again.
Would have liked to do business with this location, but repeated attempts to inquire about parts availability via phone call were frustrating to say the least. Called, immediately put on hold. Waited 8 minutes ( according to phone call timer), line was picked up- immediately put back on hold. 5 more minutes passed, and then was hung up on. Took my business elsewhere.
Call Parts Source and spoke with Jack for a starter on Sunday 3:32pm. I live in Oakville and my car broke down and literally said on Waze. Will get there for 4pm & requested if he can wait just past 4pm and was very accommodating. That’s service. Thanks sir
