The guy at the reception desk was so rude. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Take all these comments as a sign to find somewhere else!
I was here Oct. 10 after 4pm I was waiting in line to pick up my online order but I had to wait half an hour because the older brown employee at the desk was taking a long time trying to sort out the person in front of me's order. When he finished with that customer, he treated me rudely and had a bad attitude. This was the second time he treated me like this. I was here a few times and the other employee's are very friendly, but this older brown employee was treating me badly. I don't know what his problem was. Maybe he had a racism problem or something else? He always has this impression that he is anti-social. I don't understand why he still works at this store. Please do something about his behavior and how he treats customers. I was here last Friday and there was this same old brown employee who had a bad attitude, and very bad manners. If you choose to go to this store, be prepared to deal with bad customer service from this employee. I hope that someone finally says something to him about his behaviour to customers.
1 old guy is sitting on Reception - thats the only 1 guy i see working nobody else available and this guy is Rude and arrogant as hell he will cut you off and not let you finish your sentence - totally Unfit for customer Service he should be working somewhere in the back not in store front - atleast 4 other customers who visited this store are all complaining about this same old man and same issue...so why is management still not fixing the issue - 19 September / Friday Visited -
If you see the old man. Just turn around and leave. He is rude, ignorant. I couldn’t even finish my sentence and cut me off. There is other auto parts I can go to. Never again this company.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The brown guy at the counter is extremely rude person. He never let me complete a single sentence. Then also gave me a wrong part and insisted that this is the same one, it only looks different in the photos. First and the last time I went to this place. Prices are high too. Avoid this place.
Brown guy at the front desk has a nasty attitude, didn’t even greet me just gave me attitude when I asked if my pickup order was available. Never coming here again
Great store for the most part. The hours are a bit short but its good for quick little things. I use their online order system sometimes, but its not the best since it will take quite a while to process. In store parts requests work well.
