Expired product! I really needed this to finish my project, I bought it from this store and when I got home the bottle was dry inside! No liquid at all!
Over the last number of years I have found the service and parts availability have gone down considerably. They use to have nuts and bolts and miscellaneous fittings, they removed these to increase there inventory of other parts, getting away from serving the do it your selfer. Unfortunately I have found myself now just ordering from Amazon. Unfortunately there is no Napa stores close by to fill the gap.
Do not buy their rotors or brake pads cheap and warped. I bought a pair of front brakes and front rotors and the rotors were warped and made the car shake worse than the old rotors I had. The brakes pads made a very annoying squeaking sound when applied. Just go get some quality rotors and brake pads or you will end up paying double like me
1) Return policy should Bright and Center before purchase, 2) Staff should advise the customer of their strict return policy. if you lose your receipt they apparently cannot return your product (2 wks old and unopened) because they don’t know what product code it is or for which vehicle ….huh? But if I go up and request the product to purchase they can find it. HUH? Not worth shopping there
I have used this store regularly over the past couple years that I have been in the neighborhood. Always had a good experience and encountered friendly and knowledgeable employees. Today was no exception, I was in the market for four coil packs to replace on a 2003 Corolla. I was told that it was rarely all four, was sold one and given the option to rent a obd 2 code reader ($300 deposit) to preform the diagnosis. The employee explained how to use it and sent me on my way. Got home, easily figured out which cylinder was misfiring, replaced the affected coil and problem solved! Thank you to all the true customer service specialists that have been there to help with all my inquiries! Heroes!! SM
Lots of inventory for all your general car-needs! On May 2nd 2024, PartsSource had the best price specifically on the rear rotors that I needed for my Acura RSX (Brembo 08.5803.81 UV-Coated Rotors). I told the gentlemen which part number I was looking for, and that I needed 2 of them. I paid for them, and that was that. Pretty quick & painless interaction. On December 19th 2024, I needed some coolant. Again, PartsSource had a better price than another general car-needs store. So, I dropped by & picked some up. Lots of people were on-shift from what I saw, all ready to help. As a customer, I appreciated the clarification between concentrate/premix (I grabbed the wrong one and was asking why the price was more than the one I was looking at online; I didn’t read the label. Oops). Again, a quick & simple interaction. All-in-all, I would recommend this location for locals in this area who are looking for any regular car maintenance needs. It is best to do your own research for car-specific parts, and to find out what you are looking for on their website or secondly call the store for any further questions. Coming in knowing exactly what you are looking for really helps the overall encounter.
Went in to get a key cut just cut no programing. I brought in the blank and was told it was 35.00 to have it cut. Let me be clear its not a fancy key its for an old 20 year old honda civic.and they were rude about it.this is ridiculous,stoped at home depot and they cut the key for 10 dollars. This store has really gone down hill since Ryan left. He was the only one there that care about customer service use to shop here all the time and after a couple of horrible experiences it was time to write a review.
