These brakes are incredibly reliable. I noticed the improvement right after installation — no vibrations, no squeaks, just clean stopping. I’ll definitely buy from DBC again.
DBC Brakes made a huge difference in my car’s stopping power. The pedal feels firm and responsive, and there’s zero noise even after heavy use. I feel much safer driving now. Absolutely worth it!
I have a BMW 340i that is stage 2. I've had these brakes for roughly a year and a half. Honestly, they have done their job and saved my ass multiple times. I got the drilled and slotted brakes. I spent roughly $1200 for the fronts and backs. I've done a lot of racing track days and have gone over 240 km/hr multiple times, then having to slam on the brakes. They even called me before they shipped out to make sure that they were sending me the right stuff. I've had no problems with these guys, and I'm actually ordering brakes from them for the second time. Every time that I've reached out to them, especially online, they get back to me literally within 5 minutes on their website.
RIGHT...i know we all are skeptical when things like this post but believe me, i cannot be more happier than dealing with the team at DBC BRAKES. They checked and double checked to make sure i was purchasing the right product for my vehicle - stayed in contact and responded to my questions very quickly. I highly recommend their services - they will not fail .
Ordered full set of premium rotors and pads for $700. They had right to substitute but their website says with better quality items. They shipped cheaper pads and the wrong rotors. They do not respond. Stay away them. Better to order from a more reliable company
Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered parts on Oct 18 did not have email conformation no phone answers no response to the emails spoke on chat on Oct 21,22,25,26 asking for conformation on Oct 26 received a message from ShipNerd that the label was created with Canpar but no tracking on Canpar site, spoke on chat again Oct 28, 29 and I was told that the parts were shipped even there was no tracking info. The parts did not come before the weekend when I have booked time and place to do the repairs So I request a refund they tell me to send the parts when they come and they will refund me the money blaming Canpar for the late shipment. As of November 3, 2021, there is still no parts or tracking # with the Campar and ShipNerd showing only label done. I did replace my brakes on the weekend with other company parts. Very disappointed with the service. Nov 5 Update No parts yet, No tracking #, No refund, No call, No answer on email
I still haven't received my refund I am becoming very irrated at the fact I sent their stuff back like they asked n now I've been waiting for the money to go back I'm to my credit card account. 100020103 is my order #
