Just being honest. I’m a mechanic shop. Parts department always answers phone. Something that is very rare these days. Erin is organized and knowledgeable. So the order is quick and easy. Exactly what people want. Very happy.
Truly amazing service at the parts department by Liz, life saver. Ordered a part very last minute online it was not ready for pick up, but when I went in person, she took her time out to see if she has it in stock and she did, right away she gave me the part. I want to thank Liz for the amazing work and best customer service. My car can be fixed on a saturday finally!!
Unfortunately, my experience at Pfatt BMW in the sales department was not good. I was excited to go into this car dealership to make a new purchase and was turned off. I explained to my salesperson Mohammed that I would like to trade in my X4 to upgrade to a 2023 X4 and the Monthly Payment was more than my Condo Mortgage. Imagine I am trading in my vehicle with low mileage and no accident and he lowballed my sale buyback to BMW. I advised Mohamed that I am in sales and he had not motivated me to want to upgrade my vehicle. This car dealership just lost me wanting to purchase any cars from them. I even tried to tell Mohammed to do some homework and call me back to book another appointment so we can have a do-over he responded to tell me maybe the X4 is not for me. As a new customer, I don't want sales person telling me that especially if I have a credit score in the high 800 and I make a great salary base and in addition, I make a commission. On that note, I will shop around to upgrade my vehicle. Thanks to Mohammed I will put looking for a new car on hold. In sales never try to belittle a potential buyer before knowing them.
Great online shopping. Great selection of parts and easy to use. Shipping itself was quick just a few days but there was some mix up with the automated emails for shipping coming after I had already received the product but none for the actual shipping of the item.
Best parts department in the GTA. Chris always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the right parts, and the one time there was an error problem was able to fixed same day. Guy is a life saver. 5 stars.
