Ordered a foam soap for my car, order war ready for pick up but because of my location and timing with work I was unable to get it due to store being open till 4pm. The gentleman on the phone and manager was very helpful with assisting me with shipping and I very much appreciate the gesture and the help as I was not expecting the generosity. From that alone I will only buy my detail products from these people, and I will be sure to go through the correct procedures the next time with shipping. Big thank you and much appreciated!
These guys are so unprofessional, used air compressors that were way too strong and blew parts of my interior leather open. Left streaks with the cleaning agents that felt sticky to sit on after. I tried to complain and they told me it was my cars fault. I only give two stars because they only took tne minutes.

Best store for any detailing supplies. They have absolutely everything you could ever need. The staff is super helpful, especially Karl as he’s always helpful whenever I come by, and is always suggesting the right things being mindful of my budget and needs. He also even offers tips & tricks when it comes to detailing. Because of the help, I’m able to take care of my own car and will continue to get all of my products here. I love that there is a store in Mississauga where you can get good quality detailing supplies. Staff here are friendly and helpful. It's like being a kid in a candy/toy store when you enter here. There is just so much to see. I bought quite a few things here last week and can't wait to try them out. Might I suggest you carry Bilt Hamber and DIY items if possible? My only gripe is that from the 2 times I've been here, I never get an invoice/receipt showing the items I've bought. I find that very odd to spend that money and not have proof of purchase. Is there reason?
Fantastic selection of quality products IN STOCK, on the shelf, ready to purchase. Something that doesn’t happen a lot in Canada. Much rather support local than order from somewhere else. Absolutely fair prices. If you need some help, they are right there to explain anything to you, provide suggestions, or just confirm what you were already thinking.
