Got my caravan transmission replaced here. After 6000km, the transmission didn't shift right. Towed the van back and got a sensor replaced for free. Now it is around 12,000 km and just passed the warranty, the transmission shifting weird and making some noise under the shell. Their rebuild transmission is not reliable. If you want your van last longer, pay more to fix at another place. I met someone from Cambridge and he told me they got three transmissions replaced here and all of them failed.

Zero customer service, rude employees. Will put your phone number online because you gave them a bad review. Take your business anywhere else. If the owners are this petty over a review.
.. Not sure he is super busy or doesn't have time for callers, if the caller ID is for an individual (not a shop). Not a smart way for a network bus. Cause even car dealers r using cellular. 2 different times I call for a different car, before I answer his (part location) question, he hanged up on me. I feel my 2nd call was a mistake, but I always give a 2nd chance. TOO BAD... ENOUGH WASTING TIME.
Needed an RB25 tranny. Tried to sell me an RB20 tranny saying it was a 25. Argued for a long time, then he showed me a real RB25 tranny, tried to charge me more, plus he made me remove the tranny off the engine which was one shelve up. Lmao. Complete joke. Seeing the way things are stored in there, especially engines, I'd never ever think about purchasing.
