  Wow. Just Wow. These guys are amazing. I bought an F30 m sport bumper and had it perfectly paint matched to the mirror caps that I gave them to use and it was amazing the way everything turned out and for amazing price as well. What a steal and what an amazing job Steven and Jay have done yall should check them out they won’t disappoint

  I would 10/10 recommend these guys. Super friendly and amazing work. Took my car in for a scratched up door and they had the full door repainted in 24 hours with extremely fare pricing. I will 100% be returning with more projects for them in the future!

  I had a really great experience with Josh. He is really professional with cars. Helping me fixing my front bumper Nissan Morano 2021 SUV. I was so impressed with my car 10/10 It was such an amazing jobs. I highly recommend Direct Auto if you need to get anything done with your car. Best service in Ontario

  I reached out to Josh to fix the rear bumper on my Toyota Rav-4 and we was willing to do it for me immediately. He is a very nice and friendly guy. He did a great job at a very reasonable cost. He replaced the bumper and painted it and also fixed other areas. He check my light and found it was broken and also fixed it for me. My car was ready in 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks Josh!

  I had a really great experience at Direct Auto. Josh & Nisna were extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the parts I needed for my vehicle. Josh did a great job with the paint job and overall cosmetic damages, A+ quality. The prices are reasonable, great quality work in an efficient timeframe and by far the most honest auto shop I’ve dealt with. They are very transparent and provide really exceptional customer service I highly recommend Direct Auto for your car services.

  I went to this guy to get my car bumper fixed. He was so rude when I asked him for a lower price. They have the worst customer service. Dont go here guys. So unprofessional

  I made an appointment on Saturday and visited at 11 o'clock to repair my car's bumper and fender repair. But the office door was closed, and I couldn't even make a reservation for an accurate estimate or repair. I called again on Monday during business hours, but I still haven't been able to find out when the repair will be possible.. It's a bit strange..

  Hi Mr. Dev, Our records via surveillance camera and messages show that you were in fact helped and given pricing. You were unable to find our unit in the beginning and was driving around the building in which you were given instructions via phone and our employee stood outside to wave you down. Your review is inaccurate.
