When I first came to you, I had zero experience with spare parts. But what really stood out to me was the professional and respectful way you treat customers. The staff gives you confidence about the quality, the type, and the warranty, and they make you feel completely safe — even letting you return the part if it’s not the right model. In my opinion, great customer service is the most important part of any purchase. Thank you so much.

I have tried a number of parts suppliers and Chase auto parts seriously beats all of them when it comes to prices, quality and service. I would seriously recommend them
On June 27, 2025 Chase hosted a public BBQ , which I was invited for. As I had kids with me, I took only little bit the first time to feed the kids. That is when they served beef bell pepper and wings . After 40 mins when I was done feeding kids, i noticed they had put out sweet&sour chicken and spring roles. When I went to get for myself, it appeared to the Chase employee Grace that I am taking seconds. She stopped me and insulted me for coming in the line for the 2nd time after 40 mins. I informed her i have been feeding the kids first, now i am coming to get for myself, and that this menu is changed so family and I want to try the new dishes. She told me multiple rude things infront of everyone and made it sound and seem like as if I have committed crime. Basically Grace picked on me and insulted me infront of everyone saying "you cant take more than once no matter what, its for other people, dont come back". I asked her "but I see everyone else taking more than once and people are coming back once they finish their plate". She started insulting and scolding me infront of everyone and told me to never come back. I remained quiet and respectful and left her stall and table. I went to the other table to atleast get some fruit if she isnt letting me have the hot meal, she followed me all the way to the other table and insulted and humiliated me AGAIN and told me " i just told you to leave the food for other people and dont come back, you need to leave". I kept the empty plate down on the table and left crying. Before leaving I asked her "what's your name?" She said , "GRACE, do whatever you want to do, no one can say anything to me". I left. The amount of attitude, entitlement, overconfidence and traits of narcissim she had, she portrayed herself as the top owner kicking me out of the BBQ. Because what she was doing is not normal specially for businesses when they invite their loyal customers. Normal people are respectful, considerate and hospitable when they invite customers. I had also seen Grace kicking another elderly lady out and misbehaving with her. This elderly lady seemed to be from similar race as mine. But i didn't see Grace misbehaving and kicking out any males who were literally taking piles of food to go infront of Grace. This discrimination showed that she was picking on people and bullying them on the basis of their gender and race. Because I had seen multiple males hoarding and collecting food to go, INFRONT of Grace, but she was calm with males and friendly with them. Dear Chase management, if you dont have the heart to feed, please dont invite people over. Rather than inviting them and then humiliating them socially and kicking them out repeatedly. I say this because Grace walked around me hawking and lecturing me till I Ieft crying. As applaudable as her determination was, however this was straight up harrassment, spying, bullying. Very disrespectful and coercive behaviour! I do not appreciate being picked on, as everyone else was having seconds, thirds and even fourths. I came back teary with empty stomach. You guys need to train your staff on hospitality, mannerisms and professionalism. I get it that men are your bigger buyers, but it still doesn't give you any right to invite your female buyers and disrespect, humiliate them and eventually kick them out REPEATEDLY. It takes an extremely shallow and inhumane person to behave this way. Giving you benefit of doubt, If you have low budget or limited food, hand out 1 box per person. So everyone can know the reality, and the rule would be for everyone to follow. But please dont pick on certain people and take out personal narcissism and racism. You should treat everyone equally. Discrimination is against CANADIAN values.
I always bought parts for my cars from them for years . I bought battery and engine oil today and asked for help to person behind the counter. There two, one young female and one young male. I needed help because of my health problems and using cane . He told me “he can’t help me because of their company policy “ he was laughing at me. I guess I don’t need to buy anything anymore from them. I think this young person thinks differently. If someone asks for help, I would and I did in the past.

Worst supplier you can ever deal with. If you want to sacrifice your family’s safety, go buy parts from them. Rude manager, horrible customer service Cheaper prices and more reliable products can be bought online from rockauto website In your reply you say I left 1-star review for 5 other places and all places I go are horrible lol so your stupid logic interprets that I visited 5 places in my life. Your response proves my rating to your cheap policy of customer service. I will not invest time teaching you how to respect customers because you are trading in low quality products that may waste lives on the road.
