I stopped into GEARS Mississauga this evening about 30 minutes before they closed. Jeff, Dai and Bob helped me with a question about prepping and packing my bike for flight travel. They even had the parts readily available in the shop to help me out. I very much appreciate their continued expertise and service.
I just finished 1.6 hrs of an exhilarating, early morning ride on my new e-bike! Im amazed by this miracle advance in biking technology. The owners and staff at gears made the experience one to remember. My test drive was along the lakeside path! I watched my bike get tuned and the bike mechanic answered all my questions and gave me quite an education about my purchase. I loved the dogs roaming around the store; it added another element of the healthy, happy family atmosphere. Im over the moon and back!! Best buying experience ever.
The customer service is absolutely amazing. I was buying a bike for my husband and Jeff and another Young lady that works there helped out so much, they were incredibly fantastic. They had a lot of knowledge about the bikes and I want to keep it a surprise for my husband. He came test it out the bikes and they were absolutely wonderful about it. Jeff was very helpful in installing the bike rack and putting the bike on as well. Thank you so much.
Supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly.August 2018, I was looking for a new road bike. The gears staff made some great recommendations, then a bike that was right for me was selected. The bike fit with Dai was great - first ride out (and still riding) and no adjustments have been made.The whole process was great. A great place to get your bike(s).
