Typically, I found the service here reasonable and let me just say that since I got me newer car, I had never ever gone anywhere for service except this one time. Where I happened to purchase a set of good quality tires at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I happened to watch my car in the bay from the service area when I happened to witness a technician open the driver side door and ram the bottom of the door against the hoist / jack pedestal. I mentioned it to another worker, foreman, and he fluffed it off. When I spoke to the tech about it, he seemed surprised I had seen it and he too fluffed it off. Well, there are times and situations when I just happen to think that no one cares and thus I feel nothing can be done. So I just shook me head and left. But This just re enforces my decision of not going anywhere else. And what makes me even more angry about this experience is that I was very specific about how much I care about my car and that I didn't want it parked next to anyone when it was done because it's a bigger car and seems to get dinged in parking lots. Thanks to Canadian Tire, now, I have my own ding from them! No it's not a big ding but let's face it. It wasn't like that before I took it to them and after paying 1300.00 for a set of Tires, I have something else now that I need to fix.

To does, who wants purchase new tires? Don't buy Michelin tires. It's not the same tires what was in the past. It's a joke!!! The quality is a joke and the way they handle the costumers is a joke!!! I got my Michelin Premier LTX for mi Toyota Sienna 2015 and the tire wear out after 4 months of driving and maybe 10k km. The rubber is so soft that tread looks like it's rolling down, theres chunks of rubber hanging. You can see them on the pictures. The 100 000 km warranty it's a scam. Michelin told me to go to authorize Michelin dealer I went to Canadian tire for inspection. After one hour of inspection the try to found that something was wrong in my car but everything was right, the alignment was right the suspension was OK and the only thing that they found was that my tire pressure was 38 psi and recommend pressure is 36 psi. The written down that over pressure of the tire caused this wear out even that on tire sees 45 psi max is allowed. So when i send this inspection to Michelin they of course respond to mi "We appreciate you providing this information to us. However, the report from Canadian Tire states that the uneven and rapid wear that your tires are experiencing to cause the issues you are having, are due to the tires being overinflated"

Very crowded it is with products all across the store..Over maximization of space certainly. They do have good assortment of products however. Self checkout just got added recently which is convenient. Finding associates to help is a challenge just like most big box stores. They do have some stores that are corporate and some are franchisees. You'll have better service at non corporate locations .

My visit to this location today was not too pleasant. I actually went for an appointment I had to align my boyfriend's car and it turns out, the person I spoke to the day before didn't even book me!! Then the guy (Gary) at the desk who looked up my file ended up overwriting it with my boyfriend's information instead of opening a new file for him. It was a total mess... I honestly don't wanna deal with this confusion again. Props to the mechanics though cause the service was done pretty fast. Also note, NO ONE LET US KNOW WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS READY! We were just there wasting time waiting for "their call". If we hadn't asked the guy on the front desk, we wouldn't have known that our vehicle was done. I'll most likely be avoiding this location (at least for car services) because the customer service is really lame. I DO NOT recommend it.

This is my favourite CanadianTire in west MISSISSAUGA. Sometimes it would be hard to find sales associates but once you do; they offer good help. Their auto centre is fine. I used their services few times. I bought winter tires from there with 3 year insurance that I used after 2 years as one of the tires popped due to an accident. I wont trust their technicians for additional work on my car as they tend to over exaggerate; hence; only do what you think is critical on your vehicle. Also; talk to the auto shop manager should you feel you are not happy with the service. For the main store, sometimes; the store manager (I supposed) or the most senior staff member looks rude.
