I came here without an appointment to replace my iPhone 6 cellphone battery. It's been on my to do list for 6 months so far and today was mission day.This store is located within the beautiful modern Square One Shopping Centre.Once the store opened, I queued up to get an Apple Associate to book me for a walk-in appointment. Their estimated wait time for me was 30 minutes.I was able to find comfortable seating outside the store awaiting my turn.Half hour later I was at the Genius Bar speaking with Lequan. He ran tests on the hardware, explained the results, had me read and sign legal disclaimers and wrapped up the paperwork. A super customer service experience!My iPhone with a new battery will be ready in 60 minutes for pickup. Im going for lunch now.
My wireless charger didnt work l brought it to the store and they gave me a new one, no questions asked. The next day l brought my I phone x that wasnt working properly. They gave me the new one, no questions asked. Needless to say l was thrilled with an excellent customer service. The knowledge, patients and customer service were just remarkable. They know how to create loyal customer. Fantastic experience.
This place is such a hit or miss. Some people are great, others not so much. I've had great experiences here. And I've had poor experiences here. I had rated this place 3 stars but I upped it to 4 given recent events. I'd give it 5 but it's hard to forget all the times something went wrong over the last 6 years I've been coming here.Anyway, I hope things only get better. Kudos to the staff that make things a good experience here, really appreciated.
I decided to hit up the S1 apple store instead of Eaton to avoid long lines- turns out this one is no better! However, the wonderful William was able to get me set up with my new iPhone and out within 15 minutes. He was SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable, even got me $95 on my new phone in exchange for trading in my old one (which I didnt think was worth anything). Thanks again, William!
Went with my daughter to buy two series 4 watches. Got the run around from the start. 45 minutes into the process we were told "you're in the wrong place". That was after procedure advice from 3 employees. No apology, he just dismissed us out of hand. They took all the fun out of it. We left. My daughter suggested Fitbit. Not Apple Genius type behaviour. You would think of all days they would have it together it might be today.
