I am Rumple Drumskin . I wrote a poor review due to miscommunication regarding follw up service for roofing issues, which have since been resolved. I can't get back into that account and would like to clear the air. I was originally disappointed but ZIM has corrected all problems and have been stellar in their follow up to ensure satisfaction on all counts. I apologize to ZIM and Mykola , but can't remember how to access that account to delete or modify the review..
They left my roof like one of those poor houses in developing countries. The edges of the metal tiles clearly show and look UGLY. My neighbours ask me what is wrong with the roof. It still looks like this and I mentioned it to the company but NOBODY has come to fix it. Horrible place, dont even think about going here.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL! Terrible service. Our roof was not done to our liking the first but we already paid for the roof. Nikola said he would do what we wanted for free since it was something small, no big deal. NO ONE comes to fix our roof and when we went to confront Nikola, he was very rude and SWORE at us even though we did not say anything offensive to him. Either he is racist because a lady from India had the exact same experience or just plain rude. NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. Once you paid for the roof, he treats you like garbage. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! It doesnt even deserve one star.
They installed a fabulous metal roof for our home. They were on schedule, cleaned up afterwards, professional, affordable, polite and final finishing looks great! Highly recommend them!
I had ZIM Group replace my roof with lovely stone coated tiles last October and they did an excellent job. When I initially called to set up a consultation, the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and was able to set something up that very same week. Needless to say, the job was completed on time and I was very happy to see that they quickly cleaned up all of the fallen debris. Professional service, quality workmanship and very competitive prices! I would definitely recommend the ZIM Group to my family and friends.
