Serhiy and his father from Homestar Roofing did an amazing job! They replaced the roof, installed new gutters with leaf guards, and completed the fascia work. Everything was done professionally, on schedule, and with great attention to detail. They were honest, easy to communicate with, and left the property clean after the job. Sergiy and Andrey saved me from a roofing scammer , Optima Roofing who tried to get more money from me for work that they probably will not do. Beware of this guy, Josh. HomeStars gave me a reasonable price for replacement of my roof. The team came very early and covered the driveway and all over my property so as to protect and catch debris .They were very professional. They did what was written on the contract. This company did a fantastic job of replacing our roof. They completed the job in just one day. The additional materials that they used were of very high quality (e.g. additional vents, etc). They were very respectful of our property and of our neighbours property during the whole process and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the job was completed. The price of the job was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.
Serge and his team replaced my leaking roof shingles and the old cedar shakes on the facade a month ago. I didn’t read the reviews before hiring his team because he was recommended by a friend. It took them one day to complete the work and they cleaned up before leaving. I was away that day but Serge was sending the pictures of every step they did and it was very helpful to see the process. I was impressed how fast and efficiently the repair was done. Serge is easy to negotiate and communicate with. We discussed several options regarding the materials and he explained all pros and cons very clearly, gave several quotes and recommendations and we chose what best worked for us. Also his quote was more attractive compare to other companies working in the neighbourhood. Highly recommend his company. I am happy with the result and glad that we met the right team.
