Let It Rain recently re-roofed my home's flat roof. Working with them was a wonderful experience all-round. Every individual I dealt with -- Flavio, Chanelle, Mario, Miro & crew, Ross -- was professional, friendly, responsive, and courteous. They answered any and all questions, gave thoughtful advice, were timely with executing the job, and kept me informed throughout the work. We had Let It Rain replace the shingles several years ago. This week we were targeted by a roofing scammer who insisted that we had loose shingles on the roof. After we got rid of him I left a message with LIR asking if they could send someone over to do a check when they were working in the neighbourhood. No rush. Three days later one of their guys showed up, went up and checked the roof and assured us that everything was fine. No charge. Let It Rain looks after their customers.
We are repeat *Let It Rain* happy and satisfied customers. Starting in 2009 with new shingles, improved attic ventilation and insulation enhancements; in 2023, a gorgeous new back deck and patio installation; and, just recently, the installation of a new metal dumper vent the old model of which had become weather compromised and failed against the heavy rain that poured into our kitchen through the ceiling pot light. With much appreciation to Bruno and Chanelle for recognizing the situation we were in and prioritizing the job, the problem vent was duly inspected and replaced by Flavio the very next day. Flavio’s expertise got the job done quickly and in perfect order before the rain started again that night. Flavio additionally went above and beyond with finding some spots that needed caulking reinforcements elsewhere on the roof. It was a pleasure to have Flavio here; he was professional, courteous and did a fantastic job, including leaving everything spotless before leaving our property. As always has been our experience in dealing with *Let It Rain* we recognize the company for everything we’ve appreciated about them with every job they’ve done for us, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value, and Top-flight Ownership and Staff. O zero stars - We used to deal with these people until they screwed us over - no respect for the customer and the fact that they left us in the lurch for 6 hours and could not even have the respect to call to say they can't do the job. NOW WE WILL HAVE RAIN IN OUR HOME. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM !
I was very happy with the work performed by 'Let It Rain' roofing on my roof in Feb 2024. Mauricio and his team were very professional, positive, had a strong work ethic, and a great attention for detail. In addition to putting on a new roof, the 'Let It Rain' roofing team fully fixed an issue with a hood vent that was improperly installed in my kitchen by another roofing company.
