Make sure you get a quality assessment from a 3de party unless you are climbing up on the roof your self. They nail your shingle with 2 nails instead of standard 5 nails and nailed off the desired location, roof was leaking just after a year, had twice wind damage and they don't honor their warranty. Really disappointed.
Yuriy and his crew did our roof a few years back, and we haven’t had any problems since, He is super knowledgeable, smart, honest and to the point. He did the entire roof in one day, as promised, cleaned up everything, and all with a smile on his face, stellar performance. We called him this year for another matter, completely unrelated, for an issue we had on our gutters. He show up the same day, assessed the problem, fixed the issue at NO charge, and gave us a few options for the long term. He is still an outstanding professional and I would recommend him over and over again. Thank you again Yuriy !!!
Honestly... This guy calls me more than I call him to ensure that the roof is ok. Disclaimer: he did a patch job on another roofer's work. Never ideal. He consistently makes sure that everything is good. Stand up company. Highly recommend.
