This is important when shopping around (e.g., roof vents plastic or metal). Dil didn’t try to upsell me at all, even when I asked about replacing the existing flashing, he said the team will make repairs if they come across anything, and they did. I have a typical 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 2700 square foot home and the job took 2 full 9 hour days for a crew of 5-6 workers, and they didn’t leave the roof bare overnight, they simply stripped half of it the first day and the other half the second day. I watched this crew and they did it right. Be leery about companies that guarantee one day, they are likely cutting corners.
Real Blue Roofing Services Inc. did our roof very professionally in all steps of the way: 1 The estimate was itemized in details in a transparent way, based on the satellite or Google Earth information. 2 I based my decision on three estimates from reputable, independent companies + an indepth research to understand the differences between the three quotations. 3 When I decided to select RBRS, they sent someone to physically inspect my roof and the attic before confirming their original quote. 4 On the day of service, the team was enthusiastic, owned the job, protecting our neighbors and our windows with by covering. 5 Finally the job was done professionally and everywhere was cleaned up to our satisfactions.
The Condo Corporation called on them to do a roof inspection and they were thorough and efficient. Very professional. They provided an amazing report with pictures of all deficiencies. Provided a quote and their availability fit in with our schedule. All deficiencies were repaired and again pictures were taken and provided on a file The Condo Corporation was extremely content with their services in every way. We were quite impressed. Update: Very quick tirn around on requesting them to look into it. They came and figure out the reason why still there is leakage and suggested a good solution. Thank you for the service Original Review: I asked for roof check and repair, after inspection they recommended to put missing shingles which they did. But still roof leaks heavily dueing rain. Not recommended for roof related services.
We bought our townhome in 2022 and we had a water damage on ceiling in one of the bedroom(due to heavy rain pouring for 2 hours). I checked all vendors in Mississauga(after reading all reviews carefully), Realblue roofing company reviews were good and many were mentioning them as genuine. Upon contacting them, Immediately Mr.Preet visited my home on time and went to carry out a free inspection as agreed over call. To my surprise, the roof was done on 2022 by the same vendor and agreed to carry our the repairs for free as it covers under warranty. I was lucky that I selected the same vendor who did roofing. 2 things to be noted here. 1)Honesty, they could have easily hidden the fact that they did the roofing and also might have skipped to do repair as I am the new owner. They checked the job id before coming based on my address. 2) Quick repair and the issue was corner roof(adjacent to nearby townhome) got damaged, they immediately fixed it next day and also throughly checked the whole roof and finished on both sides of the roofs. Really appreciate their honestly and timely of work, did not charge a single dollar. I have already shared this story to my friends and all are surprised by their honesty & quick fix. My friends already got their contact and soon RealBlue roofing company will be number 1 in Mississauga because if this work, keep doing the good work. Glad that Preet came and helped us.
