I had 4 contractors come to the house for a quote. One just offered me a verbal price, one provided a written quote and pressured right away for the job or time would run out, One was so disorganized I couldn't understand them. Martin showed up on the day and time he had agreed to. His presentation was extremely professional. He not only new what the condition of my existing roof was but described what types of materials were now available on the market that would improve the work. Price was in line and scope of work and options available was made clear. A five man crew arrived on the date agreed and finished the job in a day, complete with cleanup. Excellent workmanship with polite and courteous staff. Will recommend this company.
Nailed it roofing completed the job in a day. Respectfully moved appropriate items that were close to the house but I had to throw away some left over debris after they were done and move a couple things back. Eavestrough pipe flew off but they came by and installed it securely. Roof looks great.
Nailed it roofing was recommended by a coworker. I have to say extremely happy with the quality of work and professionalism it was completed with. The work was completed on time and I didn't pay until everything was complete.. The company has all government certificates. Working at hights and workmanship compensation. From the initial quote to the final inspection, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and pride in their work. Martin took the time to explain every step, answered all of our questions, and provided updates throughout the project. Our roof also needed additional support due to recent renovations in the interior and Martin and his team contacted their own structural engineer to provide guidance to us as what is needed to be done in order to make the structure safe. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and made sure our property was protected and fully cleaned before leaving. The workmanship is top-notch—the roof looks great and we feel confident it was done the right way. It’s rare to find a company that combines great communication, fair pricing, and exceptional quality, but they delivered all three. Truly a stress-free experience. Highly recommended.
