We are very pleased with the look, quality and amazing warranty on our new roof, and also the professional job that was executed. These guys know their stuff, and had an excellent work ethic! They were patient when our old roof was in poorer condition than we had anticipated, which in turn ended up adding hours to their workload. We could not have asked for better service! We had our roof installed in 2008. Last week we had a very strong wind storm go through our area. Part of our roof blew off. I left a message on the Saturday and Darryl Brubacher from Classic Roofing stopped by a few hours later. He temporarily screwed some of the shingles down. Darryl said that he would be by the next day to fix the roof. Sure enough Darryl and a helper arrived on Sunday to fix the roof. Roof was fixed within a couple of hours. Great customer service. I would highly recommend Classic Roofing.
We have had our Classic aluminum roof for over 20 years now. Initial installation was smooth and easy. The original snow guards were plastic and we upgraded to the metal guards 2 years ago. We have NEVER had a problem with this roof. This winter has been the worst for HIGH winds. This past weekend, many houses in our neighbourhood lost big patches of their standard shingles. The winds were bad enough lots of trees, some well over 40', were pulled out by the roots. My metal roof only had two ridge caps come loose. Darryl came by the same day, and put them back in place. This roof has already paid for itself, because we would have had to replace it by now with standard shingles. I highly recommend the Classic aluminum roof.
Absolutely outstanding quality workmanship and material. The care and attention to detail shown by Abe, John, and their crew demonstrated a craftsmanship and pride in a job well done that is virtually impossible to find these days. We are extremely thankful that we found this company to undertake what was a difficult and time consuming job.
I have decided to replace my asphalt shingle roof with an aluminum metal one and have come across Classic Products Metal roofing systems while I did my research. Matt and his crew have done a great job for the metal roof installation. They pay attention to details, working efficiently and diligently, clean up the job site each day and leave no mess around. I would also like to thank Darryl at the office who responds quickly when I need to clarify anything and Rick who delivers the materials before the installation.The new metal roof has been installed for a few weeks by now, the climate has become warmer and I have noticed the temperature difference. Before the installation, my 2nd floor would become very warm easily when the weather is warm. But now, it feels much cooler and more comfortable, thanks to the energy efficient aluminum metal roofing that prevents the attic to heat up easily. My roof has just been tested by the recent windstorm in Toronto and nothing flies off. Other than its functionality, the style (rustic shingle) is so elegant and charming.
