Beware!!! I had my roof installed a few years ago and everything was great up until I had problems. Have a 50 year warranty so I called them up ..warranty looks great on paper but good luck getting someone to come out and fix a problem...Ive only been waiting 6 weeks . Was told by service person others have been waiting 6 months.. Going to have to hire someone else to fix my problem.. Talked to salesman his response was the company use to be a lot worse ... I guess I should feel lucky .. no way would I ever deal with this company again... If your buying because of the 50 year warranty better re-think that.. !!!!
Very poor service, couldn't get an answer from them as to the ETA of the installation. They took my deposit a month ago and haven't even come out to measure yet. I've called several times and no one knows what's going on. Do yourself a favour, and don't work with these folks.
Lots of choices, and helpful assistance with questions and purchase. Installation crew were professional and well supervised. Everything was cleaned up. Price is reasonable and our new roof looks great! Highly recommended!.
Just got a new roof from London Eco Roof and it was a great job. This is a metal roof so will last for 50 years or more (note many cases of the regular shingles failing after 7 or 8 years. The crew showed up on time and did not have to remove the existing shingles - they apply a strapping and then attach the metal rood tiles on top. So eco in 2 ways long lasting and no dumping of existing. This roof is less expensive in the long run.
