Please do not use this company. Once they have your money they are gone. They have absolutely no customer service. I had my roof done in 2013 and in my second year I was losing shingles. When I tried to contact them I was informed they would get back to me as all their calls go straight through a call center. It took three week for them to temporary fix the problem and they never returned. Now after a windy night I have lost a bunch of shingles and a roof vent and the same thing is happening. I'm going on week two and no sign of them. I can't even get a call back. Anyway, please learn from my mistake and pick a better company.
This morning I was driving on the 410 HWY from Brampton. What I did not realize is that I was driving beside one of their maniac drivers (white overweight man). It seemed this driver was trying to avoid the right lane because there was a lot of truck on it, and had been trying to get to the right lane where I was, but he was driving parallel to me so of course I did not know he was trying to switch lanes because I was paying attention to the road in front of me and not to my right side. It wasn't until I saw this man from the back speeding up to catch up to me and hooking, he went back to the right lane drove beside me and when I look to the right he was mouthing off "Ass hole'. I am a lady so I simply ignored him, gave him no reaction which I think pissed him of, so he started chasing me down the 410 to the 403 trying to catch up to me wiving through cars like a maniac to try and get beside me, which he did drove beside me for a whole 2 minutes trying to get my attention. I simply ignored him, because I don't put myself in situations where I have to question a persons mental capacity. So, I called the company to explain what happened a lady with a British accent answered, I explained I'm giving her a heads up as I will be calling the police, so told me to go ahead and do that as she basically does not care to take down the details of the drive and I'm sure the police will contact them. So, I called the police.
Do not have your roof done by Advanced Roofing! We have had nothing but issues since they did a full tear off and re-shingle. We made the mistake of paying extra for 40 year shingles, which is a joke, since the roof really needed to be redone within a couple of years. The first year we had a stain on our white master ceiling because the flashing/gasket around the plumbing stack was either not the right size or was not installed correctly. They sealed it, but for how long? Since then, we have had shingles fly off (once) and slide down the front roof (four times). I suspect the sheeting should have been replaced, either that or the shingles were not installed properly. Either way, the roof is a mess and we are considering legal action. Attached is a picture of one of the issues.
Company closed suddenly. It seems they were reputable until about a year ago. Now the phone numbers have been disconnected and Im left with an unfinished roof!
Don't call back and don't stand for their warranties. Do not recommend them
