Woodchester IDA Pharmacy is by far the best! Their staff are super friendly, the pharmacists are knowledgeable and always willing to provide consult. I don’t go to any other pharmacies but this one.

The best pharmacy I have ever been to! All of the staff are so incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgable - It’s so nice to be greeted by name and to know that your pharmacist is engaged in your care the same way your doctor is. Having only had experience with chan pharmacies like shoppers switching to an independently owned pharmacy was the best decision! Would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a new pharmacy!

Service is very good. I like the convenience of IDA being a short walk from home. Lab services is a bonus. Getting vaccines is quick and easy. Staff are pleasant. I definitely recommend.

They are so kind and helpful. Everyone shows they really care about their customers. A knowledgeable staff who all go beyond. I've never been to a more kind and respectful pharmacy

I could go on and on about how well everyone here takes care of us! They go above and beyond all the time. Absolutely the best customer service, they actually care about us and it shows!

I came to store and it was showing open on google but time was 10 am..2 old citizens came front of me knock the door in minus degree temperature..very disappointed…I will say need to be professional.

We are really sorry for that , We always work Saturday 10AM to 4 PM and never open at 9AM we will correct our timings on Google to reflect that , please contact the store and ask for the manager GAD and we organize a home service for you free of charge including vaccination or medication delivery , please accept our apology
