Out of a lotnof pharmacies in area, this is one of the best. Owner of pharmacy, Rafaat is a good sympathetic guy, discussing and sharing details with you and keeping in iew your aspects shares details. Providing option, alternatives and possible ways to reduce uou expenses. It is located in a plaza where a lot of other businesses are working too. Huge parking lot as compared to business volume and rush is present to cater the demand. Parking is free.
Raffat has been serving my family as well as my parents for many many years. He noticed many dangerous medication interactions prescribed by our doctors. He always gets our meds if not in stock the next day. He saved us many times. He is compassionate and knowledgable. We will always be loyal :) His Polish clients :)
Worst possible customer service. Earlier in the year, we had gotten medication from Britannia pharmacy. Now that we had moved, we switched to Shoppers as it was closer. Got 4 out of 5 meds from Shoppers. They didn't have one medication, so went to Britannia pharmacy (our lucky day). This guy took it personal and said he won't serve us again just because we went to Shoppers. As if we signed a lifetime exclusive contract with this store. Avoid at all costs!
Best pharmacy I have ever been to. Rafaat is an amazing pharmacist and is always ready to answer any questions I may have. My whole family comes here. We've always had a great experience.
This pharmacist is incredibly rude and brash. He's well known for it in the neighbourhood. Questions about medication, prescriptions etc is met with snarky responses. We must change this pharmacy. You would think he's giving the mediaction out for free or we come to beg him. I've never interacted with such a snarky and sour business person. His face alone is a deterrent. If you don't want to be a pharmacist close the business. He seems to be an odd gentleman with some simmering anger issues.
This family owned pharmacy provides exceptional and friendly service! This has been my pharmacy for the past 7 years. Rafet is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond for his customers. If you want a personal experience this is the best pharmacy :)
