Very nice pharmacists (2 ladies on everning shift). I needed medication for my child, I couldn't get it anywhere, and they came through and saved the day. I appreciate it.
Was there the other day and was ignored by front staff. All huddled together behind a counter chit chatting in some language, not English. Guess customers do not matter....never going back! Simple as that.
I am a regular customer here . I mostly buy my supplements here . If something isn't available in this store , they get it for me and call me once it's available. Good staff and very responsible. Congratulations on years . Great milestone!. All the best to Hoppers pharmacy and their team.
Staff in supplements or customer service do not have knowledge about products . Very sad to see such people working . Miss the other people, the Indian lady & David who worked at Hoopers in the past .
Product and selection is good but Customer service is poor. There is a lot of staff turnover in the Supplements area since David left and consequently, you do not get the care and suggestions especially when you are spending $250+ every 3 weeks. Calls when they are returned, the staff do not leave messages with the information asked for. Sadly they are closer to me but since I do not have a relationship with anyone there, Healthy Planet is a much better experience for me.
I live in Orillia now but my doctor is still in Mississauga . I have always returned here for prescriptions because I have always found the customer service to be excellent…. Until yesterday at the pharmacy .?My prescription needs to be kept refrigerated and in the past when I’ve picked it up, I’ve been given an ice pack to keep it cold until it is administered. I was not given me one so I requested one. I was told that ‘it’s cold enough outside.’ I replied I won’t be in outside but in a car .’ Then I was asked how much time until it is administered. I did not know as my dr. is on vacation and I need to go to a walk in clinic . It was like pulling teeth. One was finally reluctantly handed to me. I was not happy.
I've been coming here for over 15 years (originally at the previous location), and have never had anything but excellent customer service. My prescriptions are ready in a timely manner, and I receive excellent directions. Thanks!
