I called this pharmacy to ask about the cost of a medical certificate for a truck license. Over the phone, they told me it would be $60 cash. But when I arrived in person, they suddenly said the charge was $120. This was very frustrating and felt dishonest. If the price had changed, they should have informed me before my visit. This kind of misleading information is unfair and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place for medical forms or services unless they improve their transparency.
I moved my office from up the street. I am fortunate to find a pharmacy that cares and reviews my medication with me. I have been fortunate to have great care at my last pharmacy and now this one.
I booked a COVID test here on December 25, there were many available appointments on their site. I got an email and text notification about the confirmed appointment and a reminder email the day before. I tried to call them to confirm the day before on December 24 and they would not answer their phone all day. I drove there December 25 to get it and they had a paper on their door saying they were closed. They let me book a test and made me think they were open and then ended up being closed. I do not recommend going here.
My daughter Took a covid test and test results are still not in. They say look on the website. Hasn't been posted yet. It's been 3 days now. It does not take this long anywhere else. I have called numerous times. No answer except check on the website. Should they not know what the result is? I hope they take the responsibility and give me an answer tomorrow when I call them yet, again, one more time. I wish there was something as no star. Lazy and inefficient service. Lack of responsibility. I read your response. Can you email me her test results. I sent you an email earlier as well as again today. It is still showing as no result.
My wife's family member got sick suddenly in India. She needs immediate test to travel. Pharmacy owner (Shreya) came Sunday to perform PCR travel test even she was off. We got result Monday morning and my wife was able to fly Monday evening to see her family member. It was really a great experience. She is awesome.
Do not go here! The people are so rude and they have no supplies for anything. They charge 15$ for a Tylenol when it’s 5$ at other places. It is also extremely dirty inside and not cleaned
