Hi, my wife been to this pharmacy and had a very bad experience. Ms. Nermeen was her name. She is very rude. She does not know the customer service. I strongly recommend not to go there.

They took covid vaccine appts on Wed May 12 for Friday May 14 then CLOSED with no call or info (even posted on the door) from Thurs the 13 to Monday the 17. Risked my life because I trusted you and didn't book a back up.
I came all the way here for heart meds for my sick dad and your closed!! When i politely asked one time why you close early on a regular basis.. you insulted me and said that never happens, and now again youre closed early.. Im encouraging my dad to switch pharmacies
If you say online you close at 7pm why would you close more than an hour before. I went out of my way to fight through traffic driving a tractor trailer because it was important and online says in numerous places 7pm mon to fri. Seams to me that it happened in the past also. Shoppers would never do that to a patient in need of important meds
This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. It's not an ethical pharmacy because they dont treat the patients with care and you can tell the pharmacist gets irritated with even a small concern. There are better places in Mississauga who offer better service.
