  I have been dealing with Arc Pharmacy for 2 years, virtually since they opened. The staff, Mike, Diana & Sally have been very professional and always with a smile and welcome. They remember and understand all aspects of my history and needs and are ready to discuss any concerns or answer questions about a product. I would highly recommend Arc Pharmacy. D. Delisle

  Pharmacists Maged and Sally are awesome and so is Sally I recently just switched to this pharmacy I was hesitant in the beginning But they’ve been super helpful From day one since I switched to them They surely deserve a 5 star and much more Highly recommended Thank you guys!

  Yesterday morning I had to visit the clinic with very bad pink eyes, but unfortunately the doctor was on vacation. But the pharmacist was very helpful and kind enough to consult with me about my symptoms and condition after which they gave me 2 different eye drops. Highly recommended this place for their great team including the pharmacists, receptionists and doctors.

  I called ahead of time for refill and delivery. Now im out. She said ok and itll be delivered. But no medication came in. That medication is very important for me!!!! Negligence! They open late and close early! I am at work most if the time and only rely on delivery. This pharmacy is unreliable! PS. The gentleman in the pharmacy is asking me why Im not getting most of my meds from him, well you got your answer

  Dr. Sarwah is an amazing family physician; she is attentive and care about her patients. I will give her 10 stars if there is that option. However the office never answer phone calls and their voicemail is not INITIALIZED. Like seriously, how are we suppose to see a doctor when you cannot even book an appointment? Please Dr. Sarwah if you are reading this, make note of your help desk/administrators because they are making your good work turn into something else.

  Really great people here. They are fast and always try to accommodate. Communication is so easy with the doctor and they always follow up with me when lab results come back. It is nice and clean as well so add benefits. Next door is the pharmacy so i don't need to walk far to get medication. Great combination of doctors and pharmacy!!

  This brand new & clean family practice clinic & Pharmacy provides excellent service. Doctors are great and easy to talk to. Dina & Marina are very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Pharmacist Mike. He is so professional, very nice to deal with, he's the best I've ever met. I am so glad I found Arc Medical & Pharmacy. Highly recommended.
