Rude People as they just want to humiliate you before giving you medicine. This is not the first time that we have encountered rude behavior. Your present employees need customer service training and change of Attitude towards different races.

This is the only pharmacy in this mall and the location is pretty narrow, so please be mindful of your surroundings.? If you have taken a spill and you need a pill... Pharmasave Westdale is by far the best pharmacy I have been to. I have been getting my prescriptions there for 3 year's. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and actually call you when your prescription is ready for pick-up. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone that wants a knowledgeable, friendly and fast service.
As someone who is a frequent visitor, has their number on speed dial, and is completely dependent on my pharmacists, somehow, every time, they greet me with hello's, smiling faces and caring questions about how my health has been since the 1.5 days I last saw them! Great family run pharmacy. I do miss the shoppers drug mart that used to be in the mall. Ever since their departure, this smaller pharmacy has gotten my biasness for medication.
