Very disappointing experience. The staff were attentive and friendly with other customers and continued engaging with them during my checkout, which made me feel ignored and disrespected. She appeared distracted, looking around and speaking to others while I waited for my transaction to be completed. The experience felt discriminatory and deeply upsetting. After completing my purchase, I went to the perfume section, but despite asking multiple times for assistance from the beauty specialist, I received no help. She appeared far more attentive to other customers. After waiting for several minutes without any response, I left. I did not expect this level of service at Shoppers Drug Mart. Management should place greater focus on customer service and staff professionalism
This is by far one of my favorite Shoppers Drugmart stores. It was spotless and fully stocked. Kawther from the pharmacy was amazing—knowledgeable, passionate, and truly dedicated to what she does. She listens carefully and provides thoughtful feedback during consultations. The staff at this location consistently exceed my expectations. Excellent customer service all around!
This pharmacy is very good. We went as a family to get the flu shot and there was a pharmacist named Amal. She is very good and very nice. My daughter really cries for flu shot, but this time she handled it very well. She made sure the kid is diverted and she really had a good hand in giving injections will always go and search for her in the store.
I was looking for the Toronto sun and they seemed like they had never heard of a newspaper in their lives and gave me attitude . Looks clean and nice in there though
The store is a pretty typical shoppers. So it's the staff you're wondering about. The makeup people are always 10/10. Really nice and helpful. Very sweet. The general staff is pretty okay. Only really met one helpful person and I've been there plenty. The pharmacists are wonderful and helpful. Never had a bad experience with any of these employees.
We came here to get passport photos for my baby (after trying numerous other places that were far from helpful) and we had a wonderful experience. The woman who took the photos was very kind, helpful, and quick and she made sure I was happy with them before printing and paying. I would definitely recommend bringing a baby/child here for passport photos
Great shopppers drug mart.. needed medication for my son late night and Nabil help me out before closing time . Very accommodating and helpful. We need more employees like this.
