Extremely disappointing customer service at their pharmacy. I booked my flu shot and COVID booster online on Saturday, and my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. I showed up to my appointment more than 5 minutes early, just for the pharmacist to say that she needed to “process my paperwork”, despite the fact that I had already provided all my information and completed the medical questionnaire when I booked my appointment online several days prior. It would be reasonable to assume that this paperwork would have been completed and approved since it was received multiple days in advance, but that was not the case. Moreover, a mother and daughter showed up 5 minutes after me, but were called into the office to get their vaccines before me. By the time they were done, 15 minutes had passed since my scheduled appointment time, and I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. By the time the pharmacist finally called me into the office, I told her that I simply wanted my health card back because I didn’t have time to get both my vaccines anymore. She tried to convince me to get them anyway, saying that they were already prepared. I didn’t argue and simply repeated that I didn’t have time. Perhaps I should have asked her why she called in other patients before me, but there’s no use in talking to employees who think that the customer is always the problem. In the past, I’ve received multiple flu shots and received 9 doses of the COVID vaccines. I’ve never had to wait this long for any of my vaccines, especially not when I had pre-booked appointments. You are better off going to the Rexall or Walmart pharmacies for your vaccines, or even another Shoppers location elsewhere. Hopefully, they will treat you better than I was.
I just finished speaking with Anna, the Beauty Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart inside Erin Mills, and she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to help me with an issue I had regarding a beauty product, and she was kind, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. I truly appreciated the care she showed. As a long-time customer, I’m really happy with the experience I had today.
I had the BEST experience with Dena in cosmetics!!! She is beyond sweet and helped me match my foundation colour so perfectly. She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I am so beyond appreciative of her customer service and would recommend her to everyone I know. Even the other ladies waiting in line were extremely appreciative of her service, great personality and expertise. 10/10 experience!
I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience with Dina. She raised her voice and yelled at me, so much so that another lady standing a little further away asked on my way out, what the matter was. As a person of colour, I found her tone very condescending and rude. Absolutely distasteful customer service. Not only am I never shopping at this location again but I'm going to tell all I know who come to this store, never to shop with her.
My experience with Ghena was absolutely excellent. From the very beginning, she showed professionalism, kindness, and real attention to detail. She truly listens to what the customer needs and delivers with care and patience. Her positive attitude and respectful communication made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely loves her work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend her to anyone.
Very disappointed with the customer service provided by Anna or lack of I should say. She is very dismissive and unprofessional. Rather go to Sephora and buy my perfume then spend any money here.
I went today to buy a concealer in the cosmetic section and I received excellent service from Dena. She is personable and very friendly. This type of service is rare nowadays so glad to see it.
