The owner Shilpa is a disgusting woman and a disgrace to shoppers image. I saw her asking her staff to put someone's wrongfully filled drugs that were brought back, into the stock instead of disposing. I will be reporting her to the college too for malpractice
Not a good place for prescriptions. Several times I tried to renew my prescription, and it didn't work. Doctors office said they never received the fax. Pharmacy tells me they sent the fax. Nobody moves an inch to help. Unless, of course, you pay $15 fee. In that case, they're happy to help and extend your prescription for a month. The pharmacist didn't even come say hello. I wish the $15 went to the nice lady who talked to me at the prescription drop off counter.
I’m not sure who allowed free methadone at this location but it is attracting people that make me uncomfortable. I seen parents with young children leave the store. I’ve seen these individuals steal stuff dump in their backpack and walk out. Obviously this store is getting money from the government to provide this free service that our tax payers pay for. For Shoppers to care more about the drug users then it’s actual paying customer is insane. THIS STORE SHOULD BE AVOIDED UNTIL THIS POLICY IS OVERTURNED!!!!
The girl working at cosmetic named Sophia is really rude and demanding and just very unpleasant, first she came up to me to ask me if I need any help, I just said ok and asked her to find me a bronzer , and then after I got it I went to the grocery area so walk around to get a milk and daily things as well, and then she just stalked me all around the store , and asked me to check out at the cosmetic desk, I asked her can I not check out at the normal check out area near exit where it’s closer to me , she said it’s her job to take me to cosmetic to checkout , it’s just so weird , I don’t like being followed when I’m shopping , felt very uncomfortable
This place is one of those small and cozy ones. The staffs are pretty knowledgeable and awesome. They always take their time to help the customers. Love this place.
I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this Shoppers location is run. They never have milk in stock, and if they know they constantly run out, you’d think they would plan ahead and order more. Today was the last straw. I went in to buy baby formula because my 1-year-old was sick and we had run out at home. Instead of helping, the employee flat-out told me I’d have to wait 40 minutes for a merchandiser. He didn’t offer to check the back, look for alternatives, or point me to another location. He just stood there, completely uninterested, and said, “Is that everything?” I truly don’t understand how this store is still operating with staff this rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help customers—especially parents in urgent situations. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. There is Always a problem to fill a prescription.
This outlet is well stocked, albeit with higher prices and marginal service for customers. For the sole reasons of better selections I do shop here occasionally.
