This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve experienced. Every single time I go there, there is a problem. They either don’t have the drug, don’t have the quantity, don’t believe the prescription, ask for your information 10 times, send texts that say your Rx is ready when it’s not. In my case, they asked me why I take a medication that I was prescribed “at my age” (Seriously? How about asking the doctor that prescribed it and noting that I’ve taken it for 6 months now!), gave my son a hassle picking it up, provided only 10mg instead of 50mg and didn’t tell him (or me) that, then proceeded to argue with me on how they “correctly explained” what they didn’t explain at all. I’m so sick of all of the mistakes. This is not a one-time event - it’s every single time I have gone in. They outright lost a prescription in the summer, but texted that it was ready then argued that it wasn’t every prescribed, then when they saw it was prescribed, they said they didn’t have it in stock and on and on it went. Once they gave me the wrong prescription for an entirely different person. There are always 5 people behind the counter who are different every time I go in and running around arguing with each other - lots of attrition likely because of the disorganization and chaos! A sad excuse for pharmacists who now have additional duties in their scope of practice that I truly question! Scary!
An Indian lady at the pharmacy wearing glasses was amazing at her job. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. She took her time finding the medicine and explained clearly the procedures how to apply them. Amazing service!
One of the best fine stores you can find, wonderful PC Optimum points you can use it any time, except for it's high price. Wish they can cut down price specially these hard time for everyone.
As soon as I walk in to this location they call security to watch me because I am black on several occasions at this Shopper's Drug Mart location. They are racist and need to be stopped for racial discrimination. I would like to sue them if this continues to happen to me at this location.

Shoppers drug mart is supposed to take all returns no matter which location it’s bought from, I was told that by 2 managers from 2 different stores and the online policy. However when I visited this shoppers drug mart to return an item (since it was the closest to me) the Filipino front store manger denied my request to return a product after asking me to take it to a different store multiple times, which he is not allowed to do. He told me several times it would cost him $9 to ship back and told me to drive to a different store multiple times. After asking him if I could return it or not he kept repeating it would cost him $9 as if it was coming out of his own pocket and after the 3rd time he just said no, which goes against their return policy. He also just kept giving me a blank stare, expecting me to leave after telling me it would cost him $9 because he didn’t want to directly say no, until he did. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional manager in my life with such poor customer service. I went to the next nearest shoppers drug mart (not the store i bought the return item from) and returned it with ease. Whoever the front store manger is of this store is extremely unprofessional and doing a terrible job. It clearly states that returns can be completed at any shoppers drug mart location, regardless of where the purchase was made. I shouldn’t have went through all that trouble to just simply return 1 item.
I came here on a Friday, July 25 night to the pharmacy around 930pm to pick up my dads prescription and there was an older lady who clearly did not know how to talk to her colleague. There was someone picking up their prescription and had been told to wait. A younger girl started to help me and then the older lady started to call on her colleague and was extremely rude saying things like “what’s happening here? What are you doing here Who’s this patient What are they waiting for” etc. I honestly felt so bad and sorry for this young girl who didn’t deserve to be spoken too the way the old lady was talking to her. Please educate this old lady on how to talk to others. We’re all human.
