The nicest and most considerate staff. They always answer all of my questions and never make you feel bad for asking anything. The staff are all kind and polite. Best pharmacists and pharmacy in Mississauga. And they fill most prescriptions super quickly.
Small but fully loaded pharmacy. Love the accomodating touch of water and coffee area - never seen that in a pharmacy before. They are awesome for all your fertility meds! Thank you to the staff for their last minute fill of my meds!
This is one of the best pharmacy’s I have ever been to especially with IVF treatments. I have come to them for almost 3 cycles of IVF and They always have all the drugs on hand and ready for delivery. I am never disappointed and I’ve never had any complaints or any issues with them. even processing billing for insurance they make it so seamless and easy for me.
Great service every time. Also, with the prescription in my hand, I checked out a few other pharmacies and no one had the prescription cream except them. EVERY TIME!
Long waiting period. Multiple people handling the order. Looks chaotic. Interior of the pharmacy needs a good cleanup. Dust and cardboard boxes piled twards the back.
Regarding their booster shots rollout. My brother and I got there at 8:40am, they open at 9am but no one came out to inform us of the delay until 9:20. To their credit, they gave out cards with numbers on it and asked that everyone return at 1pm for the shots. I was successful, my brother was not and was told to rejoin the line. Ridiculous. They had no reason to refuse him when he got there less than an hour after me (only bcuz of work contraints) and with his number card in hand. Rules should be consistent and not change arbitrarily. Disappointed with the service my brother received.
They are usually pretty good and receptive to the patient needs. They also deliver the medications to your home which made it feasible for us to get our prescriptions filled at this pharmacy as we live in Brampton. For the last couple of times, our experience hasn’t been so good. Our daughter doesn’t needs the medication anymore so we asked them to not send the medication as we don’t need it anymore but they went ahead and billed the insurance and sent the medication. We thought it might have been an honest mistake and didn’t say anything. Two weeks later, we get a call asking about the medication and we categorically denied needing the medication anymore. We were shocked to see that they still billed the insurance and sent us the medication. Even though it didn’t cost us anything out of pocket, we didn’t like the fact that they were dishonest in their dealings. We’ll be looking for another pharmacy for our needs. The pharmacy manager did reach out to us. Reversed the billing. Acknowledged the issue. Looks like it was an oversight and not intentional. We would love to go back to Sandalwood compounding pharmacy for our needs as they are very competent and accommodating.
