Dr Orioke, Neha, and Mehak are amazing. They are polite, courteous, and always calm. Dr ensures he spends enough time with patients, listen, and does not rush at all.
To Dr. Orioke and Neha (Pharmacist) I had such a great experience with Neha last week. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain my medication, and made sure all my questions were answered. The entire process was stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and it’s clear she goes above and beyond for her patients! Dr. Orioke is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely caring. He takes the time to truly listen to his patients and makes you feel heard and respected at every visit. His honesty and transparency are refreshing—he explains everything clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and never rushes us through appointments. We always leave feeling confident, reassured, and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such compassion and integrity. We are truly grateful for the level of care he provides.”
Well informed. Well staffed. Everything you want in a pharmacy. I didn't have the best of luck at the attached clinic, but I go out of my way to bring my scripts to this pharmacy. Neha and her crew are the best. 5/5
Dr Orioke is my family doctor. My mother who is visiting, had a sprained ankle and I went to the Dr for his consult. He not only very carefully and diligently examined her, but also gave requisitions for an Xray and ultrasound right away. The reason I give 5 stars to him is that since usually it takes 2-3 business days for the results to be sent to the doctor's office from the radiology place, he took the initiative to get the results the same day and called us in also the same day to review them. Just as he suspected, it was a fracture and thanks to his timely initiative and help, my mother got treatment without wasting 3-4 more days. Stories where medical help is provided on a timely basis in Canada are getting rarer, but Dr Orioke really came through for my mom. I am very thankful to him for helping us.
I called to ask for the prescription I lost, and the Receptionist lady on the phone, named Komal, was very rude and had no etiquette. She told me that they couldn’t provide the prescription, even after I explained that it was lost. She said, "You should take care of these things," in a rude tone. It should either be "Yes, I can" or "No, sorry, I can't," but instead, I got lectured by the receptionist. The doctors are good, but the lady at the front is the worst—always having some issues or acting pissed off. The service is very poor. The only reason we call or go to a doctor's office is to get help, not to experience bad behavior.
We have been a search for family doctor who really cares for our family well being and I am so so grateful to have found Dr Orkin and he such good pure soul Human being . Doctors and staff are nice, but I don’t feel my health is being taken very seriously. I came in as a walk in patient end of August for a referral for a gynaecologist. I completed necessary tests before referral was sent. They told me if I don’t hear from the gynaecologist in 2 weeks to call them. I did not hear anything from the gynaecologist so I called this clinic. No one answered the phone and I left a voicemail, no one ever called me back. I had to call once again days later and I was told they received a denial for referral that morning due to the referring office being too busy to see new patients. Why did no one call to tell me that this morning? They waited until I called them. They cannot request the doctor to send a referral to a different place. I have to come in, waste more time, and talk to the doctor so he can send a new referral. I’m not sure why the doctor cannot just send a new referral to a different gynaecologist? I’m not sure why I need to waste time coming in again. I came to this clinic because my family doctor moved offices and is not open yet and I told them I was looking for a quicker solution as the issues I am dealing with are uncomfortable. It’s been over a month now since my initial visit and still can’t even get a referral done.
