Last delivery from you, no notification was given that it had been delivered. I live in a n apartment and the instructions were to leave at front desk IF I WAS NOT AVAILABLE. No one called me and I had to endure another day with out pain meds immediately post surgery. #Update - the above issues were with the delivery service which is third party to the pharmacy. Mark called me next day and had the issues dealt along with a sincere apology. Normally I have absolute confidence in this pharmacy; their service is typically AAA. However I am currently very disappointed and frustrated. I’ve also noticed that whomever the newest person is answering the phone is out of touch, slightly rude and quite cold. She has suddenly chosen to charge me for delivery whilst I see other reviewers celebrating no delivery fee. #Update - Mark has reinstated the no charge delivery - the person described above had acted on their own in mistakenly applying the charge. Time for a change? I hope not. I've been dealing with this pharmacy for many years.

The staff at the Main Drug Mart at Dixie Road Medical are excellent. They are friendly, professional and caring. They always take the time to explain medications in my mother-in-law's complicated blister pack. The staff are patient and pleasant to us. The delivery service is a fantastic service, especially for seniors. This personalized service is top notch and they should be commended for their excellence!
