The wait times were reasonable because it's a bit hard to find parking at this location as compared to Heartland Mall location. The washroom was a disaster, there was no soap and there are no paper towels. The sitting areas are very tight.
I recently visited Dynacare on King St. and had an absolutely wonderful experience. A huge thank you to Fritchie and Nitika for their amazing work! They took a blood sample from my 2.5-year-old using a butterfly needle with such skill, patience, and gentleness. My daughter barely felt a thing and walked out happily with lots of accolades and stickers. I had forgotten to carry her physical health card, but they were so understanding and had no issues working with an e-copy. Truly excellent service — friendly, efficient, and so caring with little ones. Amazing experience and definitely my go-to location from now on!

had a great experience at this lab. Fritchie was incredibly nice and friendly. It’s usually very difficult to draw blood from me , and in the past other places have had to try multiple times. But she did it with a single, quick stick, and I didn’t feel a thing. The staff here are very professional, and the waiting time was reasonable. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely come back to this lab.

They didn’t had sticker for urine bottle imagine many medical errors for not having stickers with all health and names. They had ask me write my grandma name on bottle….
