Very fast service and professional I booked an appointment ahead of time and everything was timely. Staff was very friendly and got me in and out perfectly. Way better experience here compared to other labs that I’ve gone to. Thank you!
Unprofessional experience. I brought my referral from my doctor for a blood test, and they refused to do it simply because they could not tell if the handwritten date said 2024 or 2025. Instead of finding a quick solution or contacting the doctor’s office to clarify, they turned me away. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. A medical lab should be focused on patient care and efficiency, not rejecting valid referrals over something that could have easily been clarified.
I went in for blood work this morning and there was almost no wait time. I was able to book online. The team was professional and courteous, and the phlebotomist was able to find a vein quickly! My only reason for a 4 star review, is that the phlebotomist shouldn't have to work reception, so I hope that changes soon and they're able to have a dedicated receptionist.
No long waiting lines, polite & knowledgeable staff; this location needs to be more popularized. Such good location with great work ethics must get tonz of business
Fast and professional. They accept requisitions by email, which is fantastic. No line, no wait time. And empathic: I never had a blood technician ask me before if I'm OK. (I was.) 5-star, will definitely come again for future blood work.
Avoid dealing with this lab at all costs. I have never encountered such rudeness and lack of respect for patients in such a sensitive sector as healthcare. I had tests done over three weeks ago, and to this day, I have not received the results, despite paying $80 for one of the tests. The woman answering the phone at the main lab is completely uncooperative and says unclear, irrelevant things. Both my clinic and I reached out to her, clearly explaining that I had not received the test results that were transferred to another lab due to their inability to perform them. The problem is that she promised to send the results but only sent the section that was already available online. When I arrived at my doctor’s appointment, it turned out the results were incomplete, causing me to lose very valuable time. When the clinic contacted her again during my appointment, she rudely refused to help and blamed the other lab without offering any solutions. I will be filing a formal complaint against this lab for their negligence, poor coordination, and utter lack of respect for patients. Stay away from this place.
Had a terrible experience with the receptionist. The lady is EXTREMELY - RUDE, - discourteous Lacks training on how to deal with people. Would never visit again Reply: A detailed complaint was lodged telephonically with your head office the same day with contact details. Was promised an investigation, till date yet to get any response (22nd April 1-pm). Would advise u to go through CCTV
