The nurses at the lab are professional and great. The reason for the 3-star rating is that it has been extremely difficult to access my results. The website is often very slow and stops working after a certain time, or it tells me that I’ve registered with a different email—which I haven’t.
The lab tech is amazing! She takes blood with ease no bruising or pain and so genuinely pleasant to deal with! The best place to get in and out quickly too! I recommend
Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, VERY unhelpful and condescending. Made me feel unaccommodated. Got the sense that assistance is based on appearance.
Extremely rude receptionists. I've been here many times but only because I live nearby. I've had a good experience ONCE in the 4 years. The receptionists are dismissive, rude, and treat you like you're a bother. The wait time is incredibly long and they do not have a sense of urgency. Update: 03/15/25 Went at 8am, waited FOURTY minutes to be called, showed my paper, the receptionist did not even look at it and refused service. She said it was the wrong paper so I asked to see what it's supposed to look like and she also refused. This would have been a manageable situation if not for her being unbelievably rude. Working in health care requires patience and compassion, something this office doesn't have. I'll continue being bed ridden, thanks guys!
I had a positive experience with Dr. Silva, during my recent visit. The doctor was professional, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process of taking my blood sample. The procedure was quick, and I barely felt a thing. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and attention provided and would highly recommend Dr. Silva for any future medical needs!
I want to talk about my experience with ((Silva)), it was wonderful in every sense of the word. The lab is more than half an hour away from me, and I only go there to get a blood test. Note that when I am in the hospital, they have to bring me an ultrasound nurse to take out the vein and draw blood, and that takes a long time. With ((Silva, )) count to 3 and it will be finished. Seriously, you are amazing and special in all of Canada. All my love and appreciation.?
My wife had blood work from this place few days. Mirjeta Lokky was extremely patient and professional with her. It was painless and quick as opposed to other place where 3 other people could not find a vein. Highly recommend this place if you are trying to find a decent lab.
