I have always liked this location more than the other locations I have visited. The staff here are consistently efficient, polite, and professional. Today, I had a GTT test and had to be there for three hours. Each time I needed to give blood, the instructions were clear, and the staff were patient, kind, and respectful throughout the process. It made the entire experience much more comfortable. Huge shout out to Pavlyn and Diana for their excellent care and professionalism.
I did ny blood test today thankfully muna is so professional she did very fast and gently otherwise everytime they didn't find my veins and poke me 2 to 3 times Thanks muna
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Very annoyed. My husband and I came in to do our blood test and also to drop off another item we needed testing on. My husband asked if he can just drop it off then and they said no and that he needed to drop it off at a certain time. I figured because it was too close to closing hours they told him not now. There were no hours specified and only said between business hours. So we figured we'll come back the next day earlier in the day. Only for us to be told that it needed to be dropped off at a specific location instead, IN BRAMPTON. No one told us this and they completely wasted our time. Never going back to this location.
I went with my daughter (special needs) and despite a long queue, the accommodated us immediately...the lab staff was quite friendly and swift in their jobb?
This place has terrible service wouldnt reccomend for anyone. They forgot to put my name on the screen and told me to leave and come back in an hour and qhen i come back they added another 2 hours to the time for me even though i came earlier
Just now I finished my blood work up at Dynacare Lab.Very welcoming receptionist.The Phlebotomist was excellent in drawing the blood sample.Very polite nature. The newly renovated setup is very attractive and comfortable. Keep it up. Dr.S.M.Zafeer September 19 2024
UPDATED If it’s your first time going. This review will help you maximize your time. Kind of difficult to find if you don’t search in advance. You will turn left to enter on the parking lot of a big corner building if you are coming from Eglinton. After entering the parking lot you will go till the end and turn left again going up to the parking on the next level. The lab is in the big building on the ground floor following the directions. It is a busy lab so if you really want to leave early, be there before 7am (as a reference I arrived around 7:15am and my estimate waiting time was 40min (even though it was actually less). There is a tv with your name and waiting time as well which is nice. To maximize my time, I came back to pay for parking after going to the front table so I would wait less time to get my blood work done. The ladies are very professional and helpful; they seem focused on their work and organized. The establishment was renovated. New floor, chairs (they have around 21 chairs available), recently painted, clean washrooms; they have 2 washrooms available if I’m not mistaken). I definitely recommend this lab and I purposely added pics to guide you on your way finding it since I found it a bit complicated my self. Have an amazing day! PS: For reference. Last time I went was on a Friday morning. I arrived there at 6:30am and there were 5 to 6 people in line already before me. We waited outside since the building doors opens at 7am. They started calling people at 7:03am. Was called at 7:30am. Left at 7:40am. Parking enforcement starts at 8am, so if you go early like me, you save the money you spend on parking.
