I couldn't recommend Mike enough, friendly, knowledgeable and quick response! I attempted to do a repair on my car myself and ran into an issue. I called Mike and he walked me through the solution, he saved me from having to get my car towed! 10/10
Mike is clearly just trying to make a quick buck. He expects customer to magically know what’s wrong so he can just show up, touch a wrench, and cash out. And the best part? He says he doesn't have time to look for parts and wants everything ready when he arrives. Dude… the car is broken. If it could drive itself to buy its own parts, it wouldn’t need you. Overall, he’s acting like he’s booked out for F1 pit stops when he can’t even handle basic troubleshooting. Hard pass.
Have known and have used his service for the past 15 years. Absoloutely trust worthy and reliable. Very knowledgeable. Best price. Only draw back is you need to get the parts to be fixed, so you need to self diagonise the fault. But otherwise no issues. Will keep using his service till I keep driving.

Got flat tire around 8:30 pm was block away from THEIR location did rush to them as their page mentions open 24 hours ,so called them regarding flat tire situation, they were like it's dark outside we can't fix it. Even told them there is small metal string on tire it's visible, but guy was just giving excuses to not fix it, might be other people are happy with their service, but there is no point of mentioning you are open 24 hours when you don't.
Mike was great! He was at my home in 5 mins and quickly determined my problem wasn’t the starter or spark plug, but in fact the battery. I purchased a battery at Costco (late Sunday evening as all auto shops were closed) and called Mike again same day to install it . He was at my home on time and quickly installed the battery. He also offered great care tips!
