I had my winter tire change-over done at Tire Smart on March 22, 2025, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto service shop. First, they made me wait for over three hours before the job was completed. When I finally got my car back, they didn’t return my winter tire bolts. I recently went to another shop for my seasonal tire change, and the new mechanic discovered that Tire Smart had torqued the bolts to an outrageous 130 lb-ft! This excessive torque completely damaged my all-season tire bolts and even harmed the rims. The mechanic told me this level of negligence is highly unprofessional and unethical in the auto service industry. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I hope this review serves as a warning to others — avoid Tire Smart if you care about your vehicle’s safety and condition.
Had a flat coming back from cottage country. Put on the spare. Brought the vehicle here. All staff were professional, courteous, and competent. Fit me in to their schedule and got the job done. Couldn't ask for more.
Amazing service, the owners are very friendly, very good price, very high quality products. I personally called Jacky so many times to ask questions, he always answered and helped me out. Highly recommended.
Contacted these guys on Kijiji, had a response within the hour. Came in today and only had to wait a little before my tires were installed and balanced. Friendly staff, great service, great price. Definitely would come back!
These guys are awesome. I was looking for a winter tire package for my Tesla and originally found them through Facebook Marketplace. Kenneth was super responsive and even followed up before my appointment for pickup. During pickup, I spoke with the Owner, Jacky, and he's very knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. Even showed me around and provided recommendations as I was inquiring about next season/Summer tires. I'll be back!
