One word to describe Prince Auto Service is AMAZING!!!! If there were 10 stars plus, it would surely deserve it. Was referred by a good friend after having engine light issues with my Mercedes. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by Monica with the sweetest and warmest smiles. Dealing with Amer (the owner) was such a delight. He is very professional, honest and reliable!! After lengthy diagnosis he found the exact problem and fixed it same day!!!! Very good and competitive prices as well. These days it's very hard to find such honesty, integrity and professionalism!!!! This is my ONLY go to mechanic shop!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you to Amer and all the amazing staff!!!!

I absolutely love taking all my vehicles to Prince Auto Services!! The staff is very knowledgable and so kind to their customers! I bring both my van and my wifes van for everything that needs repairs or maintenance. The prices are some of the best ive ever come across, and the work they do is top notch and very honest! When they talk to you and explain everything theyre always in favor of the customers needs, always very friendly and they have never made me feel under pressure like other mechanic shops i have visited in the past.. i used to hate having to go into other mechanics shops, not onowing much about parts and repairs blah blah blah, but Prince Auto makes me feel comfortable, aware and confident about my vehicle everytime i have a visit.. ill always be going back to Prince Auto Services for all my vehicle needs! Amer is the manager at the shop and runs a very genuine, honest and effecient auto repair business. I have been going to Prince Auto for several years now and will not go anywhere else. I have heard that customers are coming from as far as Hamilton to have their car serviced by Amer and his mechanics. Therefore his reputation is outstanding. Prince Auto is highly recommended!

Excellent and professional service! Amir is an honest and skillful mechanic who treats your vehicle as if it were his own. Took my car in due to a vibrating steering wheel and a 'knocking' in the front passenger tire, ended up having to replace the brakes as a whole and one of the brake hoses, at essentially no extra cost. No more vibrating and no more noises! I will definitely be a returning customer and I highly recommend Prince Auto Services.
The service here is excellent. The phone gets answered and the people there care about the business and what they do. They do the job quickly and do it well. I came in for a leaking coolant hose. I was in and out in less than an hour and the price was actually reasonable in the pinch.
