Owner is very honest and forthcoming. Although I did not get my work done here, he gave me a very sincere and honest diagnosis of my issue and offered an honest price. Would recommend. A bit difficult to get to and not a lot of parking but worth it if you need some work done from a business owner who isn't doing it for the money / ripping people off.
Don't trust them for anything more than a winter tire rotation. My experience: I had issues with my car left front tire having slight wiggle when I go over 80 kmph on a curve on highway. I took my car to them and Syed did the test drive. He didn't reach to 80kmph and the tire didn't wiggle but he said its wheel bearing issue. I asked him multiple times and he said its wheel bearing. He charged 250 dollars for 1 wheel bearing replacement. He put his guys on it and left the shop. Those guys were not able to get bearing out saying it was jammed and took 1 hour to take it out. They used heat, broke something and finally replaced it. Once the car was out of the shop while they test drove I noticed that the brake protector cap is rubbing to the rotor. They slightly pushed it backwards but still it was rubbing . They left the store saying its closing and didn't fix it. I called Syed and he said to bring the car back next day. Once I started driving, now the car started to wiggle at 50kmph and got worse. They didn't fix the problem but created new ones for me. I didn't even go back as they would make it more worse for sure.
The guys at Syed Auto were amazing. They took me in right away even though I interrupted their lunch break. They fixed my engine cover quickly, and got me back on the road. You can't beat their prices either!
This place is a scam, don't go there. They did a shitty job installing my tires, they left my tire bolts loose which messed up my car's alignment and I had to get my car and wheels aligned again. Overpriced and constantly trying to scam you. If you value your car, don't go there.
wouldve given a higher rating but my wheel sensor got broken in the process of a new bearing replacement. guy told me he did not break it when it was very obvious by another mechanic that the sensor was indeed broken. i would appreciate honesty instead of hiding the fact
Was looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic to do a pre purchase car inspection and found Syed. He’s responsive, accommodating and gives genuine useful feedback. Will think of this mechanic shop for any future car issues or maintenance.
Ok I wanted my safety inspection done . He did it perfectly. I went some were first and they told me bunch of things which was not needed. But when I came to this place SYED told me reasonable things which really matters from safety prespetive. I would recommend anyone who don't want to waste there money can come here and ask for a quote. Moreover he will give you discount and quality work.
