Tao completed a van inspection for me when I was considering purchasing a vehicle outside my city. Walked in today without an appointment and needed a quick diagnostic on a used vehicle I had just purchased. Long story short, I was given a grace period to return the vehicle if I was not happy. I came to T&T Auto because my relatives service their vehicles here but I have never been to this shop personally as I live 40 minutes away. At the shop I met Tam, one of the technicians, who was very friendly and super helpful. Tam squeezed me in and ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and was able to identify many issues in a matter of minutes. I appreciated how thorough his inspection was and that he took the time to explain issues. What I really appreciated was that he was straight forward and didn't have a stake in whether I kept the vehicle or not, just a straight up mechanics opinion. Tam also educated me on pre-purchase inspections which is what I will do with my next vehicle. Although I live further away I will be bringing in my vehicle for service here due to Tam's professionalism, expertise and helpfulness.
