After several days of waiting, I was told my car was ready, but when I drove it away, it was clear something was terribly wrong. The engine was making alarming noises, and I had to return it to GTB Auto Repair. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they insisted it "must have been an existing issue." It was infuriating! I had brought my car in for a simple fix, and now I was facing extensive damage that could have been easily avoided if they had just done their job properly. GTB Auto Repair is a prime example of what happens when you mix inexperience with a complete lack of professionalism. I would never refer anyone to them for any service. I had the misfortune of taking my Toyota Camry to GTB Workshop, and I can confidently say it was the worst decision I've ever made. Rajan, the so-called "mechanic," completely ruined my car. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a nightmare that left my engine and transmission in shambles. First of all, Rajan's communication skills are abysmal. He never kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and seemed more interested in chatting with his friends than working on my car. When I finally did get a hold of him, he offered vague excuses and half-hearted apologies that did nothing to ease my mounting frustration. After what felt like an eternity, I got my car back, and to my horror, it was making strange noises and had a significant loss of power. I took it back to Rajan, and instead of taking responsibility, he insisted it was "just a coincidence" and tried to charge me for additional repairs. Unbelievable! To make matters worse, I later found out that Rajan had actually damaged both the engine and transmission during the repairs. I ended up taking my car to a reputable mechanic who confirmed the extensive damage caused by Rajan's incompetence. The cost to fix it was astronomical, all thanks to the negligence of this so-called professional. if you care about your vehicle, steer clear of GTB Workshop and Rajan. Their lack of skill, poor customer service, and outright dishonesty will leave you with a headache and a hefty repair bill. Save yourself the trouble and find a mechanic who actually knows what they're doing!
