I came in today looking for luggage while carrying my own emotional baggage. Sometimes a few kind words can go a very long way. Thank you, Vijay, for putting a smile on my face and helping me pick out the perfect luggage. I walked in with tears in my eyes and left feeling lighter, with a big smile. Bought 4 suitcases here, 1 broke on the very first trip and the shop offered no warranty. This was broken not by the airline as the wheels were removed. This happened while rolling it on the street.

Warranty is always from the airline. It's not we are denying of anything. It looks like the glue came off and we have detachable wheels features and we tell all the customers to take wheels off before checkin. Please bring it to our warehouse I will do my best to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I purchased luggage (abs) and wallets from Maple Plus. It has a hard shell and perfectly matches my luggage. It had been "unavailable" for some time but I kept checking and purchased it immediately when it was back! Absolute perfect one stop for luggage handbags and evening clutches at very reasonable prices.
