I’m incredibly impressed with the service I received from Heys. Not only did they repair my old suitcase, but they also addressed an issue I had with a newer model. On top of that, they arranged to have my suitcases shipped directly to my home, which made the whole process effortless for me. Their professionalism and customer-first approach really stand out. I’m extremely pleased and highly recommend Heys!
Great customer service from heys service agent! I sent them a picture of my luggage which had some worn out wheels that needed to be badly replaced...I've had the luggage for several years now and took it everywhere with me on vacation. The luggage wheels were thinned out and scraping the floor as I pulled/dragged it whenever I went with it...which meant I had to throw out it out or make a last ditch effort and see if this company would be able to help me out. So happy that I was able to get a set of new wheels which I installed right away. The luggage is basically like brand new now! I can't wait to go on some more vacations with my beloved luagge. I appreciate the help/assistance from this company and will continue to support heys.
Great customer service after my luggage was damaged during a recent trip. Replacement parts were received within days and repair videos were emailed with package shipping tracking information. Great job by the entire Customer Service team.
The order arrived earlier than expected with the surprised rose stem for the Valentine's Day season. I did not expect to receive any free gifts inside the package with the small items from my purchase. That is very impressive! The Heys TSA™ Lock is durable. The xScale® PRO II is the practical scale to make sure the luggage is not overweight. Looking forward to my next purchase! Heys is definitely one of the best Canadian companies!

I have owned many Heys suitcases and recently needed a smaller carry-on. I selected their earth tones carry-on, which suits my needs perfectly. The color gives off a subtle glam that looks gorgeous. This is my first time making a direct purchase from their website. The local delivery service is efficient and outstanding. Text messages were sent to inform me about the delivery status, and a link was provided to track the exact location just before it arrived. Additionally, it's such a nice touch from Heys to surprise their customers with appreciation gifts. Great job Heys Team!
