Bought a bag from here and it broke kn 2 days. Had bought a tucci bag. Took on flight 2.days back and it already cracked from the side. The customer service is also very unresponsive.
Not a good experience. Bought a carry on, the lock did not work when not even used. The salesperson said she cannot help and call their customer service. Since I was there, checked other 3 similar bags and all of them have the same problem. Still no recourse as there is no warranty once you pay and pick the bag. I would not recommend as it is possible they are selling faulty stock.
We picked 3 hand trolleys, got great customer service and amazing range of soft and hard covered luggage. Mostly Italian brands with 5 to 10 years warranty which is great to have. There were bags with removable wheels which was the extra bonus. Thank you Aleeyesha for your service.
